Tissue-ready
Culture real tissue, such as placental villous explants and 3D constructs, under controlled flow, not only cell monolayers. The 6 mm channel height and dead-zone-free perfusion keep thicker samples viable through long-term shear studies.
High-yield
A large culture area gives you enough material for RNA, protein and histology from a single experiment. Linked chambers produce several readouts under identical conditions, and samples come out easily.
Reusable
The inert PTFE body is autoclavable and does not absorb or release substances. It is leak-free, and you can run your first experiment in about 90 minutes, at a lower cost per run than single-use chips.
